Delete your Kultigo account
How to request account deletion, what happens to your data, and how to get help if you cannot sign in.
Overview
You can delete your Kultigo account at any time. Deletion is permanent: you will be signed out everywhere and will no longer be able to access your account with the same email or social login.
You do not need to contact us to delete your account if you can still sign in. Use the self-service options below on the website or in the Kultigo mobile app (iOS or Android).
Delete your account from the website

Sign in
Go to kultigo.com/login and sign in with your email, LinkedIn, or Apple account.

Open account settings
Navigate to Settings → Account, or go directly to Account settings.

Delete account
Scroll to Delete account, tap it, read the confirmation message, then confirm Delete account again.

Done
You are signed out immediately and redirected to the login page. Your account is deleted as described below.
Delete your account from the mobile app
The same self-service deletion is available in the Kultigo app on iOS and Android:
- Open the Kultigo app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (gear icon).
- Open Account settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the warning (including any active subscription notice) and confirm deletion.
Note: Sign in with Apple is available on iOS only. Android users sign in with email or LinkedIn.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in (for example, you lost access to your email or social account), you can ask us to delete your account manually.
Email support@kultigo.com from the email address linked to your Kultigo account, or include enough information for us to verify your identity (registered email, full name, and approximate sign-up date).
Subject line suggestion: Account deletion request. We will process verified requests as soon as possible and confirm by email when deletion is complete.
Before you delete
Active subscription
If you have a paid plan, consider cancelling billing first on the Subscriptions page (website) or via your subscription management on kultigo.com. Deleting your account does not automatically refund past charges; it removes your access and personal account data as described below.
Export your data first (optional)
Before deleting, you can request a copy of your data from Settings → Account → Export your data on the website. This sends an export to your registered email address.
This cannot be undone
Account deletion is permanent. You will need to create a new account if you want to use Kultigo again in the future. Your previous questionnaire answers and profile will not be restored.
What happens after deletion
- All active sessions are ended — you are signed out on the website and in the mobile app.
- Your account is deactivated and marked as deleted in our systems.
- Your email address and social login identifiers are anonymized so they can no longer be used to sign in, while allowing you to register again with the same email if you choose.
- You lose access to your profile, questionnaire responses, and account-specific features.
Data removed and retained
Removed or deactivated
- Account profile and login credentials (email and social IDs are anonymized)
- Active sessions and authentication tokens
- Access to your personal questionnaire data and account-linked content
May be retained
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing or tax records related to subscriptions)
- Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you, used for analytics and service improvement
- Backups that are purged on our normal retention schedule

Processing time
Self-service deletion (website or app) takes effect immediately when you confirm. You are signed out right away.
Email requests are typically processed within a few business days after we verify your identity. We will reply to confirm when your account has been deleted.
